The residence
Residencial La Tagora โ community rules and parking
The villa is part of Residencial La Tagora, a quiet residential community. Most of our neighbours live here all year round, and they're lovely โ these few simple customs keep it that way. Thank you for respecting them; as owners we are personally responsible for our guests, so it really matters to us.
๐ Quiet hours: 11 pm โ 8 am
Evenings on the terrace are wonderful โ just keep voices and music low after 11 pm. Please note that parties and events are not permitted at the villa.
๐ The community pool
- The pool is for residents and their guests only
- Please shower before taking a dip, and wear proper swimwear
- No food, drinks or glasses at the poolside
- There is no lifeguard, so children should always be supervised
- Pool noise counts for quiet hours too
๐ Parking
Please use only the villa's own parking space. Parking in a neighbour's space or in common areas isn't allowed โ the community does tow.
๐๏ธ Rubbish
Take rubbish out between 9 pm and 11 pm, in sealed bags, straight into the containers. (It's a warm climate โ this keeps the bins pleasant for everyone.)
๐งบ Laundry
Please don't hang laundry on the main terrace โ use the designated drying area instead.
๐พ Pets
If your booking includes a pet: keep dogs on a leash in the community, clean up after them, and keep barking in check during quiet hours. Pets aren't allowed at the pool.
๐ฟ Common areas
Please keep to the paths (not through the gardens), and don't leave bikes, strollers or other belongings in shared areas. Ball games and cycling are fine in the permitted areas.
๐ One more thing
The community has its own staff (gardeners, maintenance). If something needs their attention, please tell us rather than approaching them directly โ we'll arrange it quickly through the right channel.
